Giorgia Falzone
Giorgia Falzone serves as the Italian representative of Ritchie & Associates, LLC. She manages all transactional services for the firm’s clients from the Italian perspective. She has led several successful matters since joining the firm in 2011.
In private practice since January 2009, in Rome, Italy, Giorgia Falzone represents employers, conducts litigation and counseling in employment and civil courts, and advises management on workplace law and policy. She offers specialized assistance in employment law with an emphasis in the areas of employee disciplinary sanctions, transfers, job changes, layoffs, and the financial aspects of employment and social security. In addition, Giorgia represents clients in negotiation, litigation, and hearings around the country.
Ms. Falzone also serves as Special Counsel to Farmed Ltd. where she is responsible for debt collections, drafting contracts, litigation, employment law matters, company bylaws and operational matters, and joint venture projects.
Ms. Falzone was an associate with Rome and Milan based Studio Legale Pessi and Associates from February 2003 to December 2008, where she worked in employment law and labor and social security, becoming one of the main attorneys of the firm with autonomous management of litigation.
Ms. Falzone was admitted to plead to the lower courts in September 2000 and was admitted to practice at the Supreme Court of Italy (Corte di Cassazione) and the highest courts in Italy in 2016.
